ATEX training is important for all personnel working in potentially explosive atmospheres. This e-Learning course provides information on the European directives that set the standard for equipment that is to be used in explosive atmospheres (ATEX) and equipment that is designed for the containment of pressure (PED).
The course contains details on specific legislation including the Equipment and Protective Systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres Regulations (EPSR) 2001 and Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) 2002.

The learner is informed as to how this legislation applies; what it covers; and how to ensure compliance.
